horse racing tracks, thoroughbred racing    It is the beginning of the season and horse racing tracks all around the country are starting to get busy. Just like any other sport, thoroughbred racing has its own fan club and following. I am amazed at the interest that thoroughbred racing creates among all different kinds of people. I have been traveling to some very small countries and they have their own horse racing tracks that they use for competitions and the stands in the area are crowded with people waiting for the horse racing results after the races. Some of these countries have very hot, humid climates so most of their training and thoroughbred racing is done very early in the morning or earlier in the evening after the scorching heat of the day passes. I have taken the time to sit by the side of the horse racing tracks and watch as the jockey prepares his mount for the contest that is coming. Everyone at the track is hoping that the horse racing results include their favorite mount in the winners circle.
