Horse racing season is right around the corner, and chances are people who manage horse racing tracks are thinking about what they need to do to get them ready for the thoroughbred racing season. Most of these tracks are located in mild climates, like California and Kentucky, although New York state has a fair amount of tracks. The horse racing season starts in October and runs through May in Arizona, at Turf Paradise, located in the northern part of the Phoenix metro area. The big races are held in the spring and early summer, and are spectacular to watch. Thoroughbred racing has quite a following, and it's easy to see why. There are so many variables in this sport that make a winner, and most of these thoroughbred racing horses are stunningly beautiful. The horse racing tracks are generally gorgeous, and the races move quickly, which makes for an exciting day at the track. People also can win a great deal of money following their favorite horse throughout the season by betting on them, and unfortunately, the converse also happens. |
